Refund & Exchange

Please read our terms carefully before making any donation.

• Digital Goods: All items, CPs, and VIP services purchased are virtual digital goods. Once delivered to your account, they cannot be "returned".
• Non-Refundable: Donations are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed and the items are delivered in-game.
• Exchange Policy: You can request an exchange for an item if it was purchased by mistake, provided it has NOT been used, consumed, or moved from the inventory. This request must be made within 24 hours.
• Payment Issues: If you paid and did not receive your items, please contact GM immediately with your transaction ID. We will resolve it manually.
